Room Hire ChargesThe Centre can provide comfortable, stylish rooms for anything from 2-person meetings to formal board meetings through to conferences and parties. Rooms can be laid out in a variety of ways and can be hired by the hour, day or week. If you have any special requirements for your event, please call us to ask.We undertake to beat any comparable quote. All rooms have 2mb wireless broadband. We can provide presentation aids, projectors and PCs with PowerPoint and TVs with CD and Video players. The Conference Room has a hearing aid loop. Colour photocopying facilities and internet access points are always available. Our building is fully disabled accessible and there are male female and disabled toilets on all floors. A lounge with daily newspapers and refreshments is available for guests. Our Technology Training Centre is a purpose-built classroom with 10 PC workstations running the full range of Microsoft Office Professional products controlled by Ranger software, allowing a training environment to be rolled out easily. The Centre has printers, scanners, projectors, 2mb broadband and a large software library as well as a full range of disability aids. We can provide full catering, from snacks and beverages and hot and cold buffets right through to formal dinners.
