The Third Age Centre has made every effort to ensure that the information provided on this site is complete, accurate and up to date. We do however recognise that mistakes can occur and so state that in the event of any information on this site differing from that supplied directly by members of staff, the authority of the latter should prevail.
 
We offer a range of links to website that we think may be of use to our visitors. We make every effort to ensure that the links are functioning correctly and that the material contained on those sites is appropriate. However we cannot be held responsible for material on any external web site.
 
Some of our Services to Users such as the forum, chatroom and FAQ are operated by third party web sites under a standard agreement. We cannot accept responsibility for any change in that agreement that has not been conveyed to us by that third party.
 
We monitor the forum and chatroom on a fairly regular basis but do not have the resources to do so at all times. Whilst we cannot guarantee that inappropriate material will never appear in these areas, we do guarantee that any such material will be reviewed within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
